1. Basic principles in the collection and processing of personal data
1.1. Personal data
Personal data under § 3 paragraph 1 Federal Data Protection Act (Act) are details of personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person. These include, for examplename, adress, telephone number, email address and any other inventory information that you provide us with for the purpose of contacting you.
1.2. Log Files
With every visit to our website user data is forwarded by the Internet browser and stored in log files, the so-called server log files. The stored data include the following : date and time of access, name of the requested page, IP address, source URL from which you arrived at our site, amount of data transferred, information about the browser you are using. This data is used exclusively for technical communication and deleted, subject to any statutory retention obligations, after cessation of use.
1.3. Collection, processing and use of your personal data
We collect, process and use your personal information only if you have previously consented or if permitted by law or if we are legally obliged to do so. 4.Select from the Drop- down menü "Use custom settings for history".
5.You can now make your preferred settings such as how long cookies are allowed to be stored or accept cookies from sites to enable cookies, and uncheck it to disable them.
6.Click OK to confirm your settings.
Example on the Browser (Safari):
1.Click the Safari icon on the taskbar to open Safari.
2.Select the function bar "Settings" (pictogram: gray gear in the upper right corner) and click on "Privacy".
